"Me and my family go to cicis pretty regular. The manager knows us when we come in. Today while eating there, I politely asked the cook was there any cinnamon rolls coming. With a nasty attitude, he replies "it's the buffet, the food never stops coming" ands shakes his head. Obviously it does stop coming because the buffet was about empty the whole time we were there. The manager was standing right beside him..didn't address him talking to me like that and offered no apology. This same guy has been working there a long time and I've heard him talk to people any kind of way before. If he doesn't like his job, maybe he should find another one. No kind of customer service skills whatsoever."

"TOTAL SCAM!!! 0 points for customer service. I never eat or ordered from cics pizza. The menue is so blank. I asked for stuffed crust pizza. He said the always a Large. Like I said. MENUE have no review no word about LARGE pizza will be small. It was the large pizza box and half was in. I was like. I need to return that. They refuse to pay me back . 21$ for a large stuffed crust vegi half pizza. But paid full. The dude new we never had anything from there. No word .. hey that one will be like that. Nahhhhh.. Total scam."
