"The worst customer service and very dumb crew working on 2/11/24 4pm-4:30pm. All of them should not be working anywhere including the manager or shift manager that was there at that time. . Dumb and rude, come on Popeyes. We just want chicken, we don’t want your employees showing us their dumbness. Popeyes please hire employees with so kind of common sense, because the crew on 2/11/2024 between 4pm-4:30pm don’t have any common sense whatsoever . Please Popeyes management do better on hiring employees."

"I stopped to get lunch for a friend at 11:30 am. There was no one inside and there were no cars in the parking lot. There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive through. Eventually those three cars pulled out and left. When it was my turn I got the recorded message saying “order when ready.” Then I got an actual person who yelled “just wait!” I waited for 5 minutes and when no one took my order, I left. I noticed that 2 of the 3 cars in front of me had gone next door to McDonalds. Your employees are losing your business!"

"Recent: they were closed at 9:15 on a Saturday night when they’re supposed to close at 10 o’clock. Old: The LARGE side dishes weren’t even close to being full. Not a good value for the price and time spent waiting in line. $4.99 each for a NOT FULL side container."

"They suck fr. I ordered a classic two piece combo and I was told that it would be a wait because they had to drop fresh chicken. I got to the window, paid and waited around 15 minutes before the worker came out and told me they gave all the classic chicken to another customer and they are all out. Then if that wasn’t bad enough they had no sauces and my food was poorly made. No utensils or napkins came in the bag, my chicken was outside if the box sitting in the plastic bag itself.. 0/10."

"Laporsha is the WORST! Never experienced such rude customer service in my life….and this is the 2ND TIME!!! Just a big ball of attitude. And that’s who y’all put in the window to greet customers???? Got served raw chicken, fries literally THROWN in the bag (none of them in the fry bag) and got the wrong drink. I ordered a fruit punch and got a lemonade. Entire meal wrong. Won’t be back. Fire her^^^^"
