"The food is awful and I was already skeptical as the hot food line looked scarce. Ordered the curry goat and had to put a bit of hot water on it b/c of how thick the gravy was. The Akee and Salt Fish is the only decent thing they may have. Hot food line did not look well attended to."

"My first and last time visiting any Golden Krust! Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to purchase a ginger drink and proceeded to get in line. The cashier was having a conversation with someone that clearly wasn’t work related. The person moved to the side and the cashier looked directly behind me to greet the person behind me."

"I ordered by DoorDash a cowfoot soup they sent me fish tea I also asked for the Oder to be canceled if the item was unavailable and they sent me something else instead I’m now still hungry and short 14$"

"This used to be my favorite Jamaican restaurant. I don’t know if they changed chiefs but the oxtail is watered down. I’m a Jamaican and I can cook so I know how good Oxtail should look and taste. I tried the jerk pork too the last time I was there and it was burnt and full of sauce. The food is very expensive so you guys are doing an injustice to the community when hard working people send $80 to $100 food and the food is not good. Please change who is cooking your food. The servers and staff are very nice and polite. It’s just a shame one of the most expensive dishes is not good anymore."

"So I had the taste for some Jamaican patties. I stopped by here and decided to get the veggie patty as well as a shrimp patty. The prices are pretty decent for the patties. The veggie patty is $2.20 and the shrimp patty is $2.65. I had never had the shrimp patty and wasn't really sure how I would like it but it was super duper tasty. I was definitely a little disappointed with the veggie patty, which had a lot of the frozen mixed vegetables in it, which I tend not to like. Definitely was not authentic, definitely was not homemade, and I definitely will not order it again. Both were very flaky, which was a plus. The restaurant was busy, so I'm assuming the rest of the food is really good. I've never had it so I can't speak much on that. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was also friendly. I did like how they put the patties inside a wrapper that specified which patty I had. Definitely plan to return to get the shrimp patty only."
