"The food was good but the cashier was swamped with taking orders and getting the orders ready. It caused stress on the young lady and some customers were agitated as well. They need more than one cashier for inside orders, door dash orders."

"I hate when a place that is open till midnight ignores/won’t take orders from customers at 11. Highly displeased with the lack of service. I would be more understanding if it was 5-10 minutes before close…. Not a whole hour… Just lazy."

"Horrible customer service. We got there after the inside was closed. So we had to go through the drive-thru. The lady on the intercom refused to allow us to have two separate orders. I've never had a place tell me we couldn't place multiple orders. That's just insane"

She remembers mine and my family’s name, and always makes sure to wave at our baby with an and always makes sure to wave at our baby, with a smile! She goes above and beyond to provide the best, professional, and quality service! With Kim on shift, our order has never been messed up! Honestly, since she’s been there, we’ve started getting take out there probably 10x as often as we used too!"

"We love this location! Kim is THE best! She’s so personable and my kids love her because she always speaks to them. They literally ask can we go see Mrs Kim. Our order is never wrong when she’s on shift and you can tell that her employees are happy every time she’s there. You can certainly tell that she brings an entirely new vibe to the atmosphere when she’s there! It seems like such a nice, easy going, yet professional place to be. Anytime any of the other managers are there it just doesn’t feel the same. Thank you for hiring Kim! She’s such a blessing to us!"
