"This is not the first time this location pulled this but it’s the last time I’m going to stop here. - Will upsize without your permission - Will charge you for the large even if you ask for medium - Will not provide a receipt to cover this up We asked twice for medium meals and not large over the speaker. The woman confirmed “yes, medium” while larges were still listed on the screen. Drove to the 1st window and it was confirmed again while we paid but we were refused a receipt stating the 2nd window will give a receipt. They waved a stick with a plastic bottle on the end to reset the window timer then had us pull to the pickup spots to wait. When the food came, big surprise… the runner told us we had to go inside if we want a receipt.. The total charged to my card matched a large #1 and #6; confirmed via online ordering on the app and we indeed were given medium meals. I don’t understand what they get out of scamming people when we paid card and not cash. It’s not like they can pocket the difference."

"Food is excellent. Service is poor. Gentleman did not here me ask for fries. Added them at the pickup window. I heard him say, "Pull up.".I asked him, "Up to where?". With a smart mouth he says, "You know I have to take orders." In a very insulting tone. I did not know he was on the head set. He was just speaking to me. I inadvertently snatch the back of fries. That's my fault and I own that. I get home and instead of large fries I have two small or medium. Will not go to that location again. Trying to promote businesses but will go to the other one near my house."

"Oseveral people in kitchen,laughing,joking,cussing. Only 1 person working,I asked for manager,her response is "we don't get paid to do her job" seems to me manager gets pajd to wLk around with slides on her feer, cuss openly with the young employees(you should have heard them). She say she was manager,openly disrespect me cause I mention kitchen full of people and only cashier getting order together. While I was waiting,fries got done,but went lukewarm while cashier was pulling my order. I got home only to realize 10 piece nuggets not in bag. Sadness is,this isn't 1st time treatment was just horrid. Cashier was polite,I guess doing the best she could under the circumstances. Manager(heavyset young black female I know she needs refresher course re :how to dress for work. How to be courteous to customers,how to help employees ensure order is correct how to encourage young employees to be care of language misuse. The cussing was horrible,everybody in restaurant heard them. Most customers,men too,was appalled.I was customer service rep for 25+ years. I know what to expect. I didn't get it from thjs manger at the Wendys on covington hwy on 12/26/23 at 5:16 pmLshe say she was manager. I think she lied I'm a disabled senior,fixed income.I don't drive,so I had to accept the shorted order. I couldn't go back to the storeI Get home and few items not in bag to my dismay."

"Poor food quality during drive thru service. Fries cold, hamburger dry and burnt. Employee outside dumping trash smoking weed. Could smell it while placing order at drive thru. Stay away from this Wendy's. Don't understand how my order was incorrect. No customers on the inside of the restaurant and I was the only car in the drive thru. This is unacceptable. $11.76 down the drain."

"Went to try the new Ghost pepper chicken sandwich and halfway through my sandwich I see something pink….the chicken was halfway cooked through and they had the nerve to throw that in a bag and serve it to someone. If I become sick I’m definitely SUING. So disgusting, why work in fast food if you don’t care about the service of food? Weirdos."
