Church's Texas Chicken

"Picked up some chicken, got home and took a bite and it was horrible. Walked in and spoke with the cashier Tina and explained to her the taste. She informed me that some of the chicken was cooked in bad grease and politely took my chicken and replaced it with chicken from a fresh batch. I took one bite and was completely satisfied with what I had. Didn't need to raise my voice or make a scene. Tina and her crew were extremely polite and very professional. Be back there soon."

"I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS IF I could...When Sunday after church...I ordered a 8 piece mixed ...but the cashier charged me for all white meat when I looked in the box, the it was mixed and one of the wings had feathers on it, so you know they didn't clean the chicken and one of the legs had a broken bone...I asked for my money back...the cashier asked did I wanted fresh chicken...No, I don't trust you guys anymore!!! Never am I going there again"

"Let me tell you. I am glad this location is under new management. I’ve consistently had issues with this location and haven’t been here in months. I had a craving and went to the closest location en route to my destination. This location has changed so much. I had a small issue with my order, mainly because I didn’t communicate effectively on the cook of my chicken and Kemper (the general manager) assisted me and went above and beyond on fixing my order. Please give this location some grace as the new general manager understands what needs to be done. The location was clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and I enjoyed how pleasant they were as a fast food restaurant."

"I haven’t been to this location in over a year and the speaker in the driveway is still GHETTO with a HAND WRITTEN sign that you have to come to the window to order. So the wait is ANNOYINGLY LONG! Not to mention the chicken was no where near fresh! The skin crumbled like dust and the meat was barely eatable. It was dry and dark brown. The biscuits looked the same and hurt my gums biting it! They need a revamp and an upgrade inside and out! Just DO BETTER people want good fresh food that we PAY FOR!!"

"At 11:30ish, you’d think the food would be fresh! Went to grab some lunch and never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered 3 thighs and a family bomber. Get to work and open the box, the chicken literally crumbled. It was so old and dry, the bomber tasted as if they were thrown in a microwave. They were mushy and cold. I’m wondering if this is good from the prior day, because this was totally egregious."
