"Came in to pick up uber eats order, no one said anything to me. The guy who finished preparing the order called out the name and handed it to the young hispanic guy working drive thru and i said it was for me. After waiting a few more minutes watching the guy in the drive thru continue to pass by my order and work the window, he finally started putting stickers in the bag then stopped to keep working the window i asked the guy on the line how much longer? He got off the line to hand me the food and i told him i was waiting for the drink, he told the hispanic guy working drice thru and the hispanic guy shook his head no. The cook made the drink and handed me the food which apparently wasn't his responsibility. I don't appreciate having my time wasted and im sure the customer sont want cold food for no reason. This was a horrible experience!!!"

"Pulled up during happy hour and the drinks were full price on the screen. I asked if it was happy hour, she ignored me and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked two more times and she kept completely disregarding the question. Extremely bizarre and unprofessional."

"They were open and I had a pick up order. They were all inside and would not unlock the doors. Wouldn’t answer at the drive thru. Had to wait over 25 minutes for anyone to open a door. And then nothing was even prepared yet. Awful business never been here without it taking over 20 minutes. Slow and unprofessional business"

"Picked up dinner through the drive through. Brittany H. took our order and gave us our food. She was easily the nicest drive through attendant we’ve ever had! We will definitely come back because of how great she was!"
