"I am so upset with this particular zaxbys I just came from there 8:20 I asked for a 10 piece boneless wings and a grilled chicken flea and I wanted it to be cut up. When I have received my order the worker had an attitude. Once I got home to eat my food it was a complete mess we all know with the boneless wing mean you get one piece of bread and fries all I got was my wings and some were the traditional wings too. And the flea market was not cut up like I wanted. I hate to leave a bad review but I’m really hungry and upset."

"I wanted to try the egg rolls because they look so good in the TV commercials, so I ordered some. The first picture is the way they look on TV and the second picture is what I got!! Never again!!"

"I pulled up to the order box 15 minutes before closing. Waited for a minute or two and no one answered. I drove around to the window to place my order there and I was told they were no longer serving food. I called the store immediately thereafter to voice my displeasure and the manager on shift actually hung up the phone. The epitome of lazy. My first and last time going to this location."

"I went to the drive-thru and the little young lady with the pink Locs was amazing and friendly. The other staff stood behind her on their phones. Every time I go inside or to the drive-thru they’re on the phones or with ugly attitudes. As if they don’t want to be there! Lack of urgency to clear orders. Highly unprofessional, except the young lady with the pink hair."
