"Friday at 8:10 or after. On 01/26/2024. Night shift. I just had a wonderful day, just for this lady at the store to take my joy away. Caucasian Blond and rude individual. Worse customer service. Her Body language and actions were so disrespectful. I politely said hi to the male individual on the outside of the store. He ask how I was doing. Very nice guy. He walked in after I did, but she walked in first. I looked around for ingredients to make a Margarita. I was somewhat confused and notice her looking at me. I politely ask did she have the ingredients to make a margarita. Her arms was crossed, and looked at me irrated. As if I didnt have the authority to question her. She then answered my question in an irritated manner. I stay humble, and showed her a video of a lady making it. She looked even more irriated and started naming all kind of products fast. I ask if she could show me. She stormed off from behind the counter and grabbed a thing of lime juice aggressively. I stopped her and said, oh I don't need the lime. I will buy it from a store, and asked her for other ingredients. She then said, we have that ingredient but it's experiensive. I paused and looked at her. I ignore her smart remark as if I was broke. I said okay and was confused by what she meant. I said well can you show it to me. She got irritated again, and aggressively walked to the other side of the store and used her hands to single me like I was slow. As she pointed to the alcohol and she then read it slow. By now, I'm upset! I inform her, I can look at it myself. She walked off and said something smart under her breath to the guy and he smiled. I'm very disappointed in her customer service. I can honestly afford the all the alohol in that store if I wanted. Never judge a book by its cover. I have two degrees. Don't talk to me like I'm slow when you are a cashier at a liqure store. Learn respect, and take some customer service training. My husband military and we can Honestly get our alcohol at a cheaper price, but I actually like the location of the store and the other people managing it. My husband go here all the time and we send local military people there. I'm use to purchasing on base so I was confused when I walked in."

"Epic Customer Service, Great Food, Amazing Atmosphere and everything else is the total package that you'll get at Happy Hours Bar & Grill. If you want a wonderful spot to come to and enjoy this is truly the place to be. The ownership and management is phenomenal. Dev and Matt have workmanship qualities that know the trur meaning of customer service while all at the same time appreciating and showing thankfulness to their employees. I challenge you all to try Happy Hour, you won't be disappointed!!!!"

"The food is actually really good, servers are nice. But... The bingo night sucks without Colton. They need to bring Colton back, bingo night just isn't the same, it's boring."

"The food service was horrible. It took a long time to get our drinks. The apps were over cooked and the entrays ok. My appitizer came just a few minutes before my entray. Our friend's food came out just as we were ready to leave. No to go boxes just paper trays wothout lids or seran wrap. When asked to speak to the manager the server told me where he was sitting and I politely told her he could come to us. Horrible place."

"Nice hangout spot that appears to stay busy. Food and service were good. I would love to see more live music at this venue as it enhances the atmosphere. The only thing I was disappointed about was upon arriving my first time I was never greeted by staff. We’re all busy, but about half a dozen of them saw me and walked by not assisting me or communicating anything. After waiting several minutes I had to politely stop one of them from walking again past me for service. I would like to see this get better. Good spot, keep up the lively atmosphere. Overall a good experience."
