"Every time I go here they refuse to take orders. They want you to use the kiosk while standing around and talking bad about previous customers. On top of being terrible at customer service. They proceed to get my orders wrong every time. I’m allergic to dairy I kept saying just plain fiesta potatoes. I got cheese sour cream and everything else on it instead. Won’t be back here"

"Heed the recent reviews! I took a chance and ordered through Uber Eats just before midnight. It wasn't until well after 2am that my order was delivered (driver was fairly quick, spent most of the time WAITING IN LINE). When I received my food, 3 items were meant to be grilled. Only one item got grilled, and it was burnt to a crisp. Even after being burnt, it was so long since the order was prepared that everything was ice cold when it arrived. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of eating from. I've never had an item burnt from any TB in Ohio. Sorry that this is the kind of service you have to deal with in Atlanta."

"Every single time we order from this location (well at this point it feels like every location in Decatur) our order is massively wrong or missing multiple items. The quality of the items we do receive is ridiculous as well - tacos with two pieces of lettuce, the crunch wrap is 90% tortilla, and most items are haphazardly thrown together. I don't know if it is a management issue, an employee issue, or what but it is absolutely ridiculous. We also seem to receive 0 sauce with every order or sometimes we might get lucky and get two packs of mild which is interesting considering we order a family of 4 meal. Make that makes sense. Regardless, this location is garbage and the quality of food that you may or may not receive is also garbage. Edited to add photos of: The incredibly flat Crunch Wrap that had next to zero beef, no tostada, and wasn't even wrapped correctly. The chicken quesadilla that is so burnt you can see the burnt through the wrapping. The soft taco that has nearly zero beef, old lettuce, and no cheese. Such a disaster of an order. I would love to speak to either the owner or the manager of this location to get a better understanding of what is going on and what I need to do to receive quality food on my next order. Edited to add update: It appears that I was contacted by someone from Taco Bell, but it was interesting. My phone shows me who is calling so I know it was them even though the lady didn't say her name, where she was calling from, or why she was calling. She asked for ______ Cameron. I asked her to repeat herself and she said she "couldn't pronounce the first name" and "the last name is something like Cameron." When I told her nobody with the last name of Cameron is here, she told me she "must have the wrong number." I can't think of any other reason why someone would call me from a Taco Bell number aside from this, but once again it seems they didn't try very hard to rectify the issue."
