"Do not get anything to drink from there unless it's a bottled or canned drink. We got lemonade and sweet tea and both drinks tasted like mold. The food is ok.. it was amazing the first time I found this place, but today... nearly threw the whole meal in the trash."

"I would definitely say this place can be better than 4 stars. I order the catfish dinner religiously and its hits every time! The only issue is the side portions are so small. Especially for the price. They serve it in a church cafeteria container I feel like, and the portion sizes are for kids because I NEVER get full off the meal. So I can only imagine a man or bigger person ordering. On top of that, if you order a side (which I have done because the original portions are small), it’s $5 additional for a tasting (small portion). Rip off. I wish they made the portions for sides a bit bigger and maybe they would have higher than a 4.1."

"Where to start… seems like most items had been burned, as if they set it and forgot it! Let’s start with what was edible… the neckbones were tender and tasty, the macaroni was decent and had cheese, the turkey wing was tender and seasoned even though I only received 1. The collard greens had been in a pot where they had obviously via the taste been burned, as well as the black brick she called a corn muffin. The staff was extremely friendly and wished me a Blesssd weekend after taking my money for this non edible food!"

"Man I got tricked.1 star is giving to much. I ordered via Uber eats didn’t realize where I was ordering from I went by those deceptive pictures on UberEat(looks nothing like pics) they adjusted my price for no reason(that’s stealing to me) the food looks old and nasty. I wasted my money and they will have both plates tomorrow. Food arrived dangerously cold, Greens mushy, stew meat looks suspect and taste old tangy, turkey wings tough as a piece of jerky, Mac speaks for itself. I’m scared to eat this. Come on man this should be illegal to sell to people. I want All my money back and this iPhone picture made the food look decent but isn’t."

"If I could give it no stars, I would. Let’s start with the horrible customer service when I called regarding the dressing I ordered and had to throw away bc it had meat and I wasn’t told that it did. Next, the quality of the food. The catfish was disgusting as was the mac and cheese.the mac and cheese will cut your throat. The turnip greens were sweet. Why were they sweet? The sweet potatoes were decent. If you want good soul food, this is not the place to go. I’m so disappointed with this disgusting meal. I’ve attached pictures."
