"I have not been to Willy’s in years. I found a Willy’s gift card from 2017 and still had the receipt with it. I decided to bring it, but figured it had been way too long and really wasn’t expecting to be able to use it. The gentleman who made my food said he was going to the back to see what they could do. The manager not only honored the GC, but took care of the whole order. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The food tastes great and I will definitely not wait years to go back! I’ll be back soon with my kids too."

"I had just got off from work & had to be back for an event later that evening. I hadn’t ate anything that day so I stopped on my way before I had to go get ready for the event. I was having issues with charging my phone & it was kind of an emergency that my phone was dead. The manager D offered his charger & let me charge it as I ate. The food is always amazing. He along with the rest of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Thank you!"
