"Upon arrival at the drive thru, a sign stated the coke machine was down. The order was taken in an ok manner, not in very polished way, quite rushed and not inviting. These 2 things should have been my sign to leave. The food came out in a timely manner. The drink was iced down 75-80% of the cup content. Upon receiving the food I asked for a condiment. The adjunct attendant stated it would be 25cent. I paid $11 for a meal to no even be allowed any condiments. Upon trying to pay she stated no cards and exact change only! What about the customer experience? Is 0.25 really the cost of the condiment? If so that may be the cost that prevent’s customers from returning. I tried to reach the store owner. I was hung up on. I’ll never eat here or allow my employees to furnish business to this place. This owner might need to take notes from the chicken sandwich place known for it’s customer service! Meals cost more and their registers make more!"

"Unreliable for the most part. I ordered through Doordash for a friend and once they got their order, the receipt was correct but the items in the bag were wrong. I then spent an hour and a half calling them to see if we can get it fixed and never got answered once, just always left to ring until it ends. Wouldn't recommend them."

"Do y’all not even carry unsweet tea? Because every single time I’ve ever ordered it, I get sweet. Every time. Also, this was my toddlers cheeseburger. Where is the burger? How is this a thing???"

"The manager, Sierra or Cierra, or however she spells it, is very unprofessional. The attitude is ridiculous. If you messed up an order, please be grown enough to admit your mistake and not get angry with the customer and throw blame to make yourself feel better about treating people like this. This manager needs more training and obviously home training as well. Too much money is being spent to deal with nasty attitudes like hers. She alone is the reason I will not return to this location. I will be reaching out to corporate to expose this location."

"This was my first time dining at this Wendy's location. The dining area was clean, and I love the wall fireplace area. The young ladies behind the counter were pleasant & nice. The food came decently quick (we made a mobile order). Absolutely nothing was wrong with our order, which honestly shocks me every single time. They also have the $2 frosty cards you can purchase for free frostys all of 2023! Maybe it was luck of the draw for the first visit, but we had a good experience. Update: Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, only for there to be NO CHEESE inside the "cheese stick" square when I got back to the motel. It all got cooked out in the fryer. My husband's chili had huge chunks of hamburger patty in it, along with some crunchy beans. Very disappointed in that for sure. Enough to knock it down a star."
