"I’ve brought my daughter here at least 7 times over the past 2 to 3 years since they have been open. All she wants is a chocolate Frosty. And every time, I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME, they have been out of chocolate Frostys. They only ever have whatever their “new” seasonal flavor is. I can see them being out every now and then, but every single time for 2 years!? Come on now"

"Went today after 10am and went through the drive thru. All of the window employees looked unhappy and wasn’t friendly at all. One even had a bit of an attitude. I miss how Wendy use to be. When the employees worked with a smile on their face and looked happy. I have been at this Wendy’s about 3 times because it is closer to work but I may just stop going all together due to lack of friendliness and rudeness at the Wendy’s in McDonough."

"The manager has the drive thru “run out” your order so he keeps his food times down for corporate. The food piles up on the counter getting cold while dozens of people wait parked for their food to be brought out. This inevitably ends in them always saying “we have no ice.” TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT - do you really think it’s safe to have 16 year olds running back and forth across a parking lot at night?"

"Clean and well maintained. My burger was made with care (it wasn't slopped together, but stacked neatly). Fries were pipping hot and salted just right. We will drive past several other Wendy's to eat here in the future!"

"Really awful. Skimped on toppings, no taste and it’s not exactly the cheapest fast food. Somehow, they managed to give me 4 tomato skins instead of one slice of tomato, half a piece of lettuce and undercooked the burger. I expect a little more when paying $58 for 5 meals."
