American Deli 1130 Georgia 20, McDonough, GA 30253

"I have been going to this particular joint for 2 yrs now. I always spend 14 at the least and 60 at the most. Tonight I ordered what used to be my favorite, which was a 10 piece honey hot and garlic parmesan mixed/extra crispy. My side would usually be veggie fried rice or fries. I picked up my order and for the second time it wasn’t crispy. I acted on the situation tonight by informing the female owner. She looked at the food and put it to the side. The order was made. The wings were extremely hot. I speak truth due to the first order ( which she insisted I kept) The sauce was completely different in the second batch. I couldn’t even eat my meal. My son tried them and felt the same distress as I. Our mouths, tongue, throat, and stomach were left with a aching and burning sensation. Not only were the intentions of hers spiteful; I was over charged. I was charged 19 dollars and some change for a 10 piece and veggie fried rice. Usually it would be at the most 14 dollars. I asked why. I was told that the price changed. The lies.. it was no where on the menu. She charged me 6.49 for the rice and 5.00 per 5 piece wing plus taxes.. I tip well and am always polite. Yet I came to a place of poor establishment. It was not an act of good faith to risk someone’s health by making the sauce 3 times hotter than usual. This company has lost my business for sure. I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore. They no longer have my trust. My stomach is literally hurting as I type. If it worsens, they have a problem on their hands."

"I’m going to get straight to the point. The two ladies in the front with the bad weaves need to be replaced immediately. Horrible attitudes never had a problem with this location before and won’t return. Go to Frozen Rooster or Touch Down wings. Don’t waste your time!"

"I had to pick up from this location for door dash. I would not eat there myself The front counter is Atrocious. Been a restaurant manager my whole life. I would be absolutely ashamed to put my name on this. In the opinion of your customer , if the counter looks this bad. My god, what does the kitchen look like."

"Went to this establishment and the girls working here were loud , as if they were at a Lil baby concert kicking it backstage like 1 of the guys , not the girls. Nothing was prissy or professional. Also,the dining area was filthy . Here are the pics and pay attention to the American deli sign attached to the counter at the bottom. COMPLETELY RATCHET!! time for the inspector to pay a visit. Totally unsanitary!"
