"came here for a trim and a little bit of thinning and i really loved the outcome of it, but after a couple of days when i was doing my hair i noticed that i have a whole section of hair chopped off. she did not tell me that she did this, if she would have said something i would have respectfully told her to stop the process. i understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but she still looked me in my eyes and charged me $65 on top of the tip i gave her and let me walk out with a chunk out of my hair. very disappointed."
