"Waited a long time in the drive through and was eventually told our food was given to another customer. Was asked to pull out of the way and when we refused they magically found out food in the “hot box?”. We left and realized they had left out everyone’s fries except my daughter’s which was a chicken finger box. 5 out of the 6 burgers ordered were made incorrectly. I would rank this burger near the bottom of quick service burgers. It tasted stale."
"You know I Love Whataburger and will travel on the bike a long distance to have one. Well, Francine and I did just that. It snowed on us. That was a first. It was also cold. But…. It was worth every bite. The store was clean and the staff were friendly. Just what you expected from Whataburger."

"1st and last time at Whataburger. Arrived at drive thru at 11:15am. There were 9 cars ahead me. Got my food 45 minutes later. Fries are great, shake was excellent, but the bacon cheeseburger was blah, not horrible, but not in the league of Five Guys, and McDonald's Quarter pounder. I had high expectations but will not return. It's more expensive than Five Guys which is ridiculous."
"Whataburger Bacon Cheeseburger Patty Melt Strawberry Shake Vanilla Shake Total: $32.81 Now I will say the food is very good and the burger was greasy just the way I like it. The prices on the food and drinks are a little pricey but once you see the menu I guess you could understand why. All in all I give Whataburger 5 ⭐. They do though need to update the touch menu inside, It wouldn't let my wife make the picks we wanted and we were unable to checkout. So we left hopped in the car and went through the drive thru. Now that was an experience. Over a 40 minute wait in line just to order, then about another 10 minutes before we got to the pickup window to get our food. If your not one to wait around a little while then Whataburger may not be for you, but you can always download the app and order ahead or scan this QR Code to get the process to good food and rewards started. Other than that awesome place to come and eat."
