"Ask Bartender Dex for his special creation Apple Crisp!!! Whiskey based... taking me straight to the dessert table at the holiday dinner!!!! It's delicious."
"I was attending the PVIFF after party, I'm not sure who's idea it was to have it here because parking is one step up from non-existent. I had steamed cabbage w/rice&peas... the rice and peas was dry, and the cabbage didn't have much seasoning at all. I was skeptical about ordering any food because everyone around me looked so displeased with their meals. One couple kept sending their food back to the kitchen. My friend got a shrimp po boy that was suppose to be on a French bun, and they put it on a hotdog bun. The dj was not good at all. Our server was great, though."
"Came here for an after party last weekend. Didn't order food, saw the menu. It was too expensive anyway. Drinks were good, but overpriced, and a limited selection, IMO. The bartender was great, though. Nice attitude. What was good? The DJ was dope!"
"Came after an event around the corner. Got there early and sat at the bar. Bartender was nice and attentive. As more people came in, she did get a bit busy as she was the only bartender and the entire event ended up at this location. Drinks weren’t bad but nothing special. Typical bar drinks. Creative names but no real flair to the drinks. Just concoctions with one too many ingredients to me. Order some jollof rice. Rice was bland and soulless. No flavor at all. Rice tasted like it had been sitting all day and was just warmed up. DJ was cool. Played a good mix of hits. Got the bill and auto-gratuity like the rest of Atlanta at either 18-20%. Didn’t tip extra. It got busy and we had to ask for a second drink a few times. Of course the check came quick when we were ready to clear space at the bar. Overall, I’d come back for a quick drink if entry is free and same with parking. Not worth paying to get in or paying for parking to me. I’d skip the food though. Nice place. Hopefully they make a few changes and find a good rhythm. Thanks for having me at your establishment."
"Visit date: 7/17/22, Sunday night/Monday morning. I enjoyed coming here. We arrived around 12am, party of 6. They sat us promptly. But I suggest you get here early if you don’t want to wait to be seated, because it got very busy within an hour of us being there. There were only two servers at the time and they did their best. The service was pretty good. Pictured is a rum punch which was very good! 10/10. The tables are a little tight to sit at if you have a larger party but the server was able to move us to a more spacious one. They have hookah here. They have a DJ that plays great music! Afrobeats, reggae, hip-hop, old school R&B vibes. They serve food here too but we did not order any because we had just eaten somewhere else. The bathrooms are clean. I paid $24 for two rum punches, so I’d say that is pretty fair. I’m from Charlotte and there is a lack of places with this vibe. I would definitely go back here when I visit Atlanta again. Enjoy!"
