"I've attempted to patronage this location four times thinking the service would improve, the first they put everything on my order I didn't ask for, the second they didn't have the one single ingredient I asked for, the last two visits they couldn't take your order at the drive thru, (now that's fast food service for ya) I go inside to place an order the young lady at the counter didn't key in my order correctly, the ice and beverage dispenser over the counter didn't dispense ice, had to ask for ice I asked for a lot of she gave what she tought I should have. Now here I am at Burger King location where they give the impression they are doing you a favor this location isn't trying to compete with surrounding fast food franchise. Good luck."

"Waited 8 minutes at the drive through window no other cars in line. Two people at the register. Couldn’t even get my order taken. The reviews you see are honest and true."

"This place is the definition of IDGAF about customers. Nobody gave a flying leap about taking anyone’s order. And two people I’m assuming were in management decided it would be better to put up signage than take orders or help front counter. Drink machine only had about 3 selections. Only saving grace was hot fries and as ugly as it was the whopper was fresh-ish."

"This was the first time I placed a pickup order at this location. Somehow somebody wrote “Bin Laden” on the bag to mock my name. Honestly, this is taking RUDENESS to another level. I hope this is not way Burger King does it’s business. This happened on 8-25-2023 around 6:30pm."
