"I went for a salad at 7:05 pm on 01/25 was told there were no salads. Got a kids meal with nothing for a kid in the bag. No straw had to ask for napkins. No receipt paper. Worker eating in window while serving guest. Horrible experience. Bad customer service. I understand stuff happens but this is outrageous."

"Service was a little rough. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my meal in drive-through, but was given a few extra items for the long wait. A lot of teenagers who move really really slow and not the friendliest. Everything I was given, though was nice and hot."

"Don't go. Place is really ratchet sometimes, with poor customer service. They're always out of things. If you want what you want to order and have it warm, go to Chick-fil-A across the street. Trust me. This Wendy's and most of the fast food around that area (except Chick-fil-A) is one of the worst I've ever seen when going through the US."

"Every time I try to purchase meals, this place doesn't have something. Tonight, again, it was potatoes and packets of ketchup. Usually, they are out of Coke and potatoes. It is truly disappointing to know that a place close to home is not up to par, and I have drive 6 miles to find a decent Wendy's experience. Also, one of the employees was playing with her hair while taking orders and passing my drink to me. Gross!"

"Worst sandwich ever. Asked for onions and pickles and this is what I got. The employees were rude and took forever to get my food. Will never go back. I ordered a spicy chicken and it’s not even the spicy chicken. They gave me a regular chicken and it was cold. Management really needs to fix this issue. They had three employees and made me order on the app."
