"The service will better if they change their attitude. They gave me nachos that taste super bad/terrible. (Maybe the tortilla was expired or they used old oil) I told them and they look at me like “really”. The manager, and the lady on the window instead of say “Oh Im sorry” they look so mad and don’t even move. The cashier changed them for a fresh ones and they tasted good. El ambiente es de relajo, estaban hablando como si estuvieran en el parque, relajando y hablando super duro. Los demás clientes miraban asombrados."

"I ordered three soft shell tacos fresca style the woman at the window then let me know it would be an up charge for chicken and that they are out of pico i said that was okay and went on to order my baja blast. i get to the window and the woman perfectly read off my order to me and then proceeded to give me beef tacos with xtra pico, forgot to give me my baja blast and not to mention one of my tacos looks like someone balled it up before wraping"
