"WOW this was a horrible experience and decision to order from here. The wings used to be good and so was their service… the owner/ manager wouldn’t talk to me about how horrible these wings were. We ordered 30 wings. These wings are the size of my 2 year olds finger. It’s pathetic. they were soggy and had no meat. When I called the store the person that picked up said they knew they had bad wings…. That they used a different distributor and gave us extra wings because of it. Which first off they should have told me this when I picked them up. Second they lied and didn’t give us anything extra. Third when asking to speak to a manager the first gentleman that answered the phone was kind and understanding why I was so frustrated. He said he would get the manager. While waiting this obnoxious rude girl answers the phone saying she isn’t getting him they are “to busy” to talk or help. I let her know I wanted my money back that’s how they could fix this issue. She said no they won’t do that and basically I can get over it. I told her I wanted her boss to call me that her attitude is unacceptable and I am the customer…. So I gave them my number and of course no one called to apologize or fix their horrible service and pathetic excuse for food. This restaurant doesn’t deserve any future customers and should be embarrassed."

"These wings slapped hard. The korean barbecue sauce is so tasty. The wings were cooked really well and they were hot and fresh. Very clean little spot, too. We will be ordering from here again."

"The wing sauces are great. Especially the Chezzi. The wings themselves had plenty of meat on them. Not those scrawny little crispy critters you get at some of these wing places. The fries were cooked and seasoned well. So as far as the food goes, 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 is because the sweet tea tasted old. Also, the men’s room was out of order so I was forced to use the women’s. That toilet didn’t work either. Also, they need better dipping sauces like the ranch, bleu cheese, etc. Not a fan of Ken’s. Maybe they should make their own. The customer service was top notch. Andy answered all of our questions about the sauces, asked if everything was ok, and gave us these little coins good for 5 free wings on our next visit. So all in all, I would eat here again."

"Fantastic food. Fresh, quality tenders and wings. The staff was welcoming and appreciative. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars would be the environment. Inside the store was basic. Add a little culture like photos or decor and this could be the best wing spot in town. You can also order on Uber Eats. Will be back soon!!"
