"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called in to order for a six (6) piece combo and informed the person on the phone that I had one of their punch cards completely stamped. The person who answered could not understand so they passed the phone to another person. This person gets on the phone and I repeated the order “ for a six (6) piece combo” because I had a stamped card. The person tells me that a Philly is not part of the combo and I said I am ordering a six (6) piece combo. He then got a tone because he did not understand. I asked for onion rings and he said you cannot substitute so I said give me fries. He then said “phone breaking up and do you want anything else”, so I said there is a lot of noise in your background and was about to order something else then he hung up. So I went up there and asked him why he hung up and he said you were finish your order and I did not want to hear anything else, no thank you was my response. I informed him that someone else decided they wanted to order something and he said you can still order. I took the other stamped card I had and gave to another customer at the restaurant. For me to have two (2) stamped cards means that I have frequent the establishment at least 16 times but will not go back there again."
"Friendly service. Food cooked to order, came out piping hot. One of us had the grilled chicken sandwich. Nice bun with logo toasted into it, decent portion chicken breast, very tasty. We also had the fried rice and wings combo. Fried rice was a very generous portion, full of veg (peas, carrots, onions, broccoli) and quite tasty. Wings were cooked perfectly and the hot sauce was actually quite peppy compared to many places these days. Plenty of add ons like soy sauce, etc at the counter. Drinks are from the machines that give you hundreds of choices."
"A favorite take-out spot for our family! The wings are great quality with awesome sauces - music city and hot teriyaki are our favorites. Add a side of okra with Wow sauce, it doesn't disappoint. Online ordering with the door dash store front is easy and quick. Love that the prices are the same as inside. Super friendly staff!!"
