"Half the time my drink is wrong (I always order unsweet tea and about half the time I'm given sweet) and requested condiments are missing. If it were dine-in there wouldn't be a problem. But since this location is drive-thru only I usually don't find out my order is wrong until I get home."

"I ordered a Large chicken sandwich Meal from DoorDash. When it was delivered, there were barely any fries in my fry container and again it should have been a Large fry. It seemed more like a small fry amount in a large container. My bag was sealed and it did not look like someone had opened it or tampered with it, so I don’t think the Dasher did anything to it or stole my food. All the fries were just the small bits as well. I think I had maybe 3-4 full fries. The other fries were the small bits and pieces. I thought maybe some fell into the bag like most fast food places. Nope. Paid $30 for the meal and feel disappointed as I don’t have a car at the moment. I called the store and they said it was a DoorDash issue not theirs."

"It is located at a good location but there is no dine in table inside. There are 2 -3 tables outside. So customer literally have to eat inside of their vehicles or home. I go here because evert other chick fil a restaurants are far away."

"Ordered the pimento cheese side for the first time for $1.99. Came in a cup about 1/10th full. I inquired with a manager. He steadfastly stated that you only get the entree portion when you order the side. The receipt says “cup” and the online pic shows a full cup. False advertising."

"Up front the food was decent, not sure what all the hype is about tho by any means. Only really stopped here because my friend suggested it as a quick stop on our way back to the airport. Personally I also think the organization is a judge mental one especially for being a religious known organization but I don’t want that to take away from the service and food but everything was mediocre.."
