"I've been here twice and both times I've had an awful experience. Both times they have messed up my husband and I orders. The grits are ALWAYS lumpy. The food looked like someone played in it. 0 out of 10. I do NOT recommend."

"The server had an awful attitude, she would pick n choose who did she wanted to be “nice” she will ask ur order across the restaurant u would have to scream it to her,, it was only her n the cook but it’s not the customers fault that they don’t have enough people working there, i didn’t leave her a tip cause she didn’t deserve not even a thank you!! awful awful attitude n customer service."

"My brother and I ate here this morning. We were immediately greeted by everyone person who works there with a "Good Morning!" We sat at the counter and then ordered our food. The chicken took some time, but it was worth the wait. It was so juicy and flavorful. The entire experience was top notch. It seemed like the operations team must have been there working. They did a great job at modeling excellence and supporting others. Way to go! WHO DEY!"

"This is the 2nd time I’ve come into this location and I’ve sat 30 minutes waiting for someone to take a Togo order. They won’t answer the phone when you try to call it in. They won’t even acknowledge your presence. On 1 hand, they clearly need more help. On the other hand...acknowledge people’s presence. They place isn’t even full at half-capacity. Go to absolutely any other Waffle House location."
