McDonald's 200 Jonesboro Road, McDonough, GA 30253

"First, the shake machine never works. I'm not sure why they even keep them on the menu there. Secondly, the management is awful because they can't seem to run an efficient service. The wait times are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and drive up to jonesboro crossing, hwy 155, or even better, Eagles Landing & hwy 42. It's not worth the hassle going here, you will not be happy when you leave."

"I went through the drive-thru, my first red flag should have been when two people came on their intercom and asked me for my rewards number twice. So I pay and drive up to receive my food and they tell me that I need to pull up and that someone will bring my food out. I pulled up and I had to wait at least 8 or more minutes before I walked into the store to retrieve my food. Apparently they forgot that they told me to pull up. This was not the first time this had happened to me at this establishment. At least the first time I got an apology the second time they didn’t even apologize to me for them forgetting about me, and then they’re using tons of profanity in the store in front of customers. When I get home, my food looks a hot mess. There is tartar sauce all on inside my box like it’s not even appealing to want to eat it. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this particular McDonald’s on Jonesboro Road next to the Walgreens."

"This is one of the worst locations. Wouldn't recommend this location especially for online orders . Your food will be wrong and not package correct, bags left wide open and put out on the floor for everyone to touch . Food is always cold and I will be in the parking lot so food does not set"

"I wanted to wash my hands (before I ate), I told the employee there’s no soap in the ladies restroom; no one seem to care. So after my husband came out of the men’s restroom I went in there to put soap on my hands (and back in the ladies to wash them). We order 2 Double Cheeseburgers, 2 small Fries, and 2 small waters. The Fries wasn’t hot, and the Cheeseburgers (half way on the bun) were lukewarm; and the employee never did give us any water to wash the food down. Perhaps the manager isn’t having success in hiring team members who want to work."
