"I have been going to Chicken Run for the better part of a decade. The food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. You have to pay for another ranch if you want a extra one. But you have to do that at every wing restaurant in America. So no beef with that. The owner and manager are always very pleasant to deal and are right there with the other employees making sure that you get the best customer service possible. All I have to say is keep up the strong work ladies."

"The customer service here definitely needs some improvement. I placed a call in order and when I arrived to pick it up it was incorrect. The cashier was pleasant when I told her my order was wrong, but when she mentioned it the cook she smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes. She took the food and said they would have to remake it. After seeing that, I was immediately turned off. There’s no way I am going to patronize a business and receive poor treatment too."
