"RE: Carol Grady @ Hurricane Creek Great Clips location on East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Within the last 30 days, my wife and I had a special occasion to come up. As Stylist Carol Grady has been cutting our hair over a period of time, it was natural to call Great Clips for an appointment with Carol for my wife and I. Calling, I was stunned to find that she was no longer there. Saying I was stunned, is an understatement as I know how popular Carol is and how many customers she had asking for her and secondly knowing she had no plans for leaving or retiring. Your staff was very recalcitrate in giving us the circumstances for her leaving or any help on how we might contact her; After several days of trying to locate her, i finally found her on Face Book. Leaving my phone number at her site, she called me later that afternoon. When I finally spoke with Carol and she told us she was fired, I was complexly dumbfounded. Hearing this and knowing how many people requested her, you have made a very bad miscalculation. Carol had too many customers and obviously she was fired out of jealously of the people she worked with. My wife and I will never use Great Clips again and will certainly tell others of your very poor judgement. John A. Campbell"

"I moved all three of my kids to this location for cuts specifically to see Mandy because she is the absolute best. My boys have completely different styles (a frat boy type side part and swoop with tight sides and the other with Thomas Rhett-inspired medium length with layers) and she nails it every time. She is always eager to check in with me, takes her time, and most importantly the boys always leave happy! It’s so nice to have a stylist for them who cares!!"

"I've gone to this great clips for years. I always had carol cut my hair. She's the only one there who has ever cut it correctly. I've always been greeted by her when I walk in the door and has always been nice to me and makes me feel important when I come in. Some of the other stylists are not as friendly."

"One of the worst salons to go to do to management. The manager wears the same outfit every single day. She lets her employees run around in t-shirts and shorts. Mandy the store manager makes it a hostile work environment for people but then turns around and fires people when they say something to her about it. I wonder if they would like the pictures that I've taken of the co-workers doing things they shouldn't be doing when I come in there"
