"So I ordered the gizzards. One fried regular and one fried crispy. The crispy fried one was so crispy that the meat was completely dried up. I mean no meat just a box of crisp. The regular fried ones was completely hard. Had to chew forever but gave up because they were like leather. Gave a couple to my dog who still had a hard time. This place used to be the best place to get gizzards on this side of town. I mean none of it was edible for a human. My husband didn't look in the container because we never had an issue before but the crispy fried ones were the color of dark chocolate. Most horrible experience I ever had with restaurant food and a complete waste of money."
"The fish was not good at all!! The chicken wings wasn't bad just smelled burnt like old grease. The fries were also horrible. The perch, snapper and whiting were horrible. The flounder was eatable. Will never give this place another try.....guess that's why they weren't busy when we came."
"This was my 1st time trying this restaurant. I should have read the reviews before going, but I didn't. The customer service is non existent. The guy at the front had no personality and didn't seem like he wanted to be at work. More importantly, the food was HORRIBLE! I ordered Talapia and fries and my husband order the 2 item shrimp and whiting. All the food was dry and way over cooked. The food didn't have any flavor, (the fish was coated with what tasted like unseasoned corn meal) and was just way too expensive for the portion served. I will NEVER eat here or any other Red Snapper EVER AGAIN. It's just overpriced for no reason. Btw, I was going to try their wings, bc im a wing fanatic, but they wanted to charge almost $10 for a 6 piece wing and fry. I explained to the guy that I didn't want the fries, bc my tilapia meal comes with fries, but he said they don't sell wings Ala carte. Smh! Any way to further rip of customers I guess. It was probably for the best that I didn't get the wing combo. Take heed to my review. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY."
"Red flag- if there is less than two people in a restaurant at 5pm, go somewhere else. Customer Service was very poor. Fountain drinks were flat and warm. No ice in the machine. No public restrooms for paying customers. The letter grade is not visible to the public. This was the worst experience."
