"I purchased the bigger plate yesterday. The rice they served to us yesterday was instant rice. I knew something wasn't right when I walked in because the texture looked different. I was tired and didn't feel like cooking, so I decided to come here. The orange chicken tastes frozen and tastes very vinegary. The rice was very gummy, and I couldn't enjoy my food. I just threw everything in the trash; the food was trash, and the food quality was not the same. Just getting off work, no one wants to drive back to the restaurant and get back in traffic."

"Not sure if it's an attitude thing but this has been the 2nd time I've had an online order that I've placed at least 20 minutes ahead of my arrival not be ready; and to top it off and even after showing confirmation of my order, I'm met with an attitude as if I'm not the paying customer with proof of my order. The straw that broke the camel's back was when today, after picking up my family meal order that I waited 15 minutes for - they left out my entree order of sweet fire chicken. Instead of accommodating a paying customer after I got home and called about this missing entree, we were only met with a "We don't do refunds." and the phone hung up. Don't waste your time at this location."

"I don’t usually review fast food restaurants, but decided to see what Panda Express had to offer. Nice selection of items, none of which were spicy hot as indicated. You order your meal size and they load up your foam package with your items in front of you. Selections are constantly being refreshed. Lots and lots of rice with smaller portions of the meat products. Ordering and meal prep is fast. Prices are reasonable. Dining room is nice. Hot sauce is available to spice up the dishes."
