"Quite literally the slowest service I've ever experienced. 15 minutes just to take one drive thru order is pretty ridiculous. It's supposed to be FAST food. 30 minutes later...still waiting. Do better. This is such bad service."

"Literally no taste in the starry soda. They missed my cinnamon twist and nacho chips, and I paid 5.49 for the smallest amount of steak nacho fries. It looked like half of the regular size nacho fry. I’m very disappointed with this store, if you don’t want to put love in what you do please don’t do it. This was my wife before giving birth and this was a total let down. I will call corporate if need be if this can’t be taken care of."

"Went to try the new grilled dipping taco. They were out of the shredded beef that goes in it so I got ground beef. But this is burnt with barely any meat inside of it! Thoroughly disappointed. The drive thru cashier was friendly but to come home and open my food to see this was disheartening."

"I am a dasher. Been at this location 3 times tonight and every time I have sat in this drive thru. Moving a car length every 15 minutes. Sat here over 40 minutes twice. If they can’t keep up with demand then they need new help. Meanwhile an employee has been out to take the trash out 5 times while we been here. And it isn’t even closing time so they shouldn’t be cleaning up while they have a line a mile long of customers that should be served fast hot food."
