"it was 11:30 on 2/15/2024 and the restaurant was closed for maintenance! This restaurant used to be the Best Burger King in the area. it has gone down after the pandemic. They can't keep enough food to fill orders, every time you go in to order they are out of something. It is not the workers, it has to be either management or owners."

"First, my sweet tea tasted like cleaning products. Second, my replacement Dr. Pepper is tasting watered down. Third, my original chicken sandwich bun is burnt. Fourth, my chicken tastes like the oil in the fryer hasn't been changed in about six months to a year. The fries weren't too bad and the cheesy tots weren't bad either. The woman who was running the food out to vehicles had her thong hanging out, which I felt was unprofessional."

"The bun was burned on my niece's chicken sandwich. They need more people to work. Only 3 people were working, they're doing their best."

"Food was cold! I asked for off the Broil. My boyfriend got the hardest piece of chicken on his chicken sandwich he couldn't eat it. Where is the tomato for both sandwiches. How is it we are the only ones in line and we get pulled up. When we pulled up all the workers were outside. why? They need to either re-staff or SHUT IT DOWN. Really really trying nor to be mad but I spent $38 on some mess. The corporate office needs to really step in here."

"For starters, the lady on the left is very VERY unprofessional. Critiqued the way I placed my order, pretty much told me in a rudely way how much I’m paying just for a sandwich. On top of that I told her specifically what I wanted yet still didn’t put the order right. For almost 20 minutes she had a line of two people and she kept ignoring them to do whatever else she was doing which was NOTHING. The way she just talks to people is very rude & disgusting. Can’t talk to the people who give you your source of income. Save your money & your gas and go somewhere better."
