"When I walked in, I could see two managers SCREAMING and clapping their hands at an employee and a jacket on the floor. The two managers proceeded to barate the employee and I asked for someone to call the police and I waited for the police to arrive. Everyone should lose their jobs including the general/District manager who hired them. The only sensible person there was seemingly the employee, which is weird. Do better."

"The lady on the register had a stink attitude and was upset about something. I hope she finds a new line of work, alone. She told me she wasn't making whole sandwiches. I wanted one Giant and Eight inch. I asked what was the difference between the sandwiches and the three halves and she walked off. Luckily another Kayla overheard and came and rang up the order. The young lady came back over and started making the sandwiches and I had to force her to put what I wanted on it. Afterward, she slammed them on the counter and walked off. I stop by about 5 pm and that young lady needs an 86 on the spot!"

"Walked in after work to order 2 Turkey Tom's. And was told there was no bread... I saw an entire rack of bread...I said whtz that. They said it's not ready. It would take 20 min. So I said that's fine. It was like the worst thing I ever could have done. All the employees were immediately irritated. I wished I would have left. An officer came in and they got straight on it...I thought the bread wasn't ready... worst JJ ever..."

"This is my third visit in the past month, and I now have an opinion of the place. The food is good, portions are great, and the bread is fresh. My first visit, the gentleman was very accommodating. I went in the afternoon. My second visit I placed on an app and got it promptly when they opened. My third visit was the only one that made me hesitant. The app, as well as Google, states that the location opens at 10:00 a.m., however I got a call at 10:15 saying the location would not open until 11:00 and asked if I wanted to cancel my order that I placed online. I had just pulled up at 10:20 and the person was accommodating enough to make my order, however it is the confusion with which I am not comfortable. I thought this would be a good location to pick up a sandwich before I go into work on Saturdays. I believe this may be a good location but suffers from employees needing to communicate with each other better."

"This is the worst location i have ever been to!! They never know whats going on! I always have to wait hours for my order.. the app never matches the track order thing.. i absolutely HATE coming here.. the sandwhiches be good af tho but its not worth the aggravation."
