Graysons Steak and Seafood Restaurant

"We arrived for dinner at 620pm and didn't leave until 945pm due to slow service. It literally took 40 minutes to get our first drink then another hour to get appetizers and an hour later our entrée. There was five of us. We watched 4 parties come in after us and still received their food and left before us. We ask to speak with the manager and she kept ignoring us until we went directly to her. She had no answer as to why service was so slow but she did make an attempt to somewhat make it right. The food was good and drinks good. In spite of the bad service, I will give it one more try."

"I will start off by saying we didn’t get a chance to try the food and after our experience with them we will never be going back there. My husband and I had a reservation on Feb. 14 and unfortunately our baby sitter was sick so we had to bring our 11 month old baby with us. We go in and we spoke to the hostess advised we would need a high chair for our little one and they told us that was not possible in anyway that it would be a fire hazard and said our only option was to hold him on our lap. Now any of you parents out there try to cut your steak, eat and feed a little one in your lap. I was appalled by this response and lack of accommodation. We told them that would not work and they left and they seemed to not give the slightest care. We had these reservations for a month. I have never experienced anything like this at any dining establishment much less a fine dining one. For this reason I will never go back there again even if they had the best steak in Newnan."

"“I recently visited Grayson’s Steak House in Newnan, Georgia and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and service. The steak was cooked to perfection and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. The food was perfect and the dessert was remarkable!! The staff was attentive and friendly. Our waiter was cheerful and knowledgeable creating a fantastic atmosphere. We were there to celebrate my birthday!! They made me feel very special. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in the area."

"Best steak I have ever had. The steak was so tender and flavorful it was like butter. You can tell the chefs have some skills and went to culinary school because the food was immaculate. The only bad thing was the decor and the anterior. It didn’t really match the vibe of a fancy restaurant and the low lighting didn’t really make the experience enjoyable. However the staff was really nice and the food was good."

"The food was absolutely delicious, and so is the service. The food came out relatively fast. And was all delicious! We started with the salmon balls and then I got the 16oz strip while my wife got the imperial stuffed shrimp! We had the chocolate creme brulee which is on point! And the Mac and cheese was amazing as well! We had some amazing service CaLee and will definitely be back soon to try our more of their menu!"
