"I sat in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes waiting for a friend. During that time, not even one car came through the drive thru! When I finally drove around the building to order, I was disgusted at the dilapidated condition of the building and ordering apparatus. It didn't appear to be any better inside from what I could see through the pick up window, and the smell of grease was overwhelming! I honestly can't review the quality of the food. I decided to do a hard pass on eating food from this establishment and only picked up food for my friend. Yuk! Ironically, they have AI taking the orders. Upgrading the condition of this place would have been a wiser investment..."

"First time going through a drive thru that uses AI to take orders! Given the voice quality of it, it sounded a bit uncanny valley and threw both of us off at the time. The food was hot and fresh and definitly worth the wait."

"I pulled up to the window after ordering at the speaker. I politely asked about the order and to confirm the items ordered. One of the preparers at the register very sharply repeated the price in a commanding tone. . Then she confirmed she got all the items. I paid but felt very disrespected. I must admit however, the food was good."

"I come here to pick up a deliver food about 5-6 times a night. never really had an issue with the staff until today, there’s this one african American female who was extremely rude when I walked up to the window today, used foul Language and closed the window on my face when asked why was she being so rude, I need to place an order she didn’t care to listen. There was 3 other delivery drivers there who also witness this encounter and shared that this is how they usually treat the drivers and don’t care to assist. I’ve never been treated the way I was treated today by this specific employee. Knowing that this is the behavior she has with every other driver is not okay and in my opinion shouldn’t be tolerated, if she can’t offer costumer service then this isn’t the place for her. If I could, I’d love to be contacted by headquarters or corporate for this to be looked into. I will most likely see her again, I will start documenting my experience and share the atmosphere of this place."

"This checkers is the worse and they deliberately gave me OLD FOOD. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with tomato/cheese, and a checker burger by itself. I asked for all of my food to be dropped fresh. They told me to pull up and brought my my food 5 minutes later. The chicken sandwich was (hard,old, & cold), and the lettuce was brown. The checker burger was (old, cold, and 2 different colors on the patty meat). They also put old withered brown lettuce on the burger. The fries were fresh, but had too much salt on them. The girl at the window had an attitude, because I asked for a live rep to take my order instead of talking to the intercom robot. They are selling food at this location that could literally food poison a customer and have them sick!"
