"Stopped by last night to pick up food. Pre ordered it 45 minutes away with the app saying ready in 15 minutes. Got there and was told sorry short staffed and busy. I waited 45 minutes for my order. So in total after the order wasn placed it was 1.5 hrs. And yes I know it was valentine's day. While waiting I watched an employee walk in got asked to help he said nope. Went to back to do something and then proceeded to make food for himself and walk out with food. Manager totally ok with this. Meanwhile they were telling people you have an hour wait for food as they walked in. I heard the manager tell the lady that was working the front area. Don't take any more togo orders I need a break. This wingstop is always slow to deliver fast food. And the floors are always slick to the point of sliding over them. Go to a different wingstop and they get it done."

"Called to report a hair in my chicken tender. Spoke to the manager Van who said i would have to get my refund through door dash. Seemed unconcerned that his restaurant was sending out food with large quantities of hair in it and was very rude. Will never order from Wingstop again and also advise my friends also not too."
