"The rudest young woman ever waited on us. She was just really mad she had to work at Arby's on a Saturday night. Our sandwiches were cold, so I walked in and asked for warm sandwiches. I don't know what she did to our food, but I was up sick all night."

"UNSAFE/FOOD POISONING- DO NOT EAT HERE! UPDATE- 1:27p : I submit feedback through the provided link at 6:30a and called the restaurant around 10:30a. I was assured I would be contacted by a general manager or corporate contact, neither of which has been done yet. We are still violently sick. Does not seem like Arby’s leadership has any interest to do right by us or investigate further to prevent this from happening to another family. Original story- After a long day we were left with this Arby’s as the only option to order for delivery through Uber Eats. Given the time (about 10pm) it was actually pretty quick to get delivered. Ate around 10:30p and my husband was throwing up by 2am. Continued to throw up all night."

"Best fast food in Woodstock, food is good, always superbly clean with polite and helpful employees. Also dine in is open fairly late. The guys running the late night shift at Fridays and weekends are great. Thumbs up."

"This Arby’s is tops for a fast food place. First Jose was friendly and greeted us by asking how we were doing before taking our order. Our food came promptly like fast food should. What really wowed us was seeing them clean. The benches and chairs were moved to thoroughly sweep under them. I’ve haven’t seen that happen except in homes. The entire place was neat and clean, bathrooms too. Good job Arby’s team members at the Indian Valley location in Woodstock."

"With all my heart, I WISH I was making this up..... I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and didn't even make it a third through before I looked at the sandwich I just bit into and found half of a bug... I'm sick to my stomach. Thankfully I spit it out in time, but I've never been so disgusted. I took a chance in the first place, but never again!"
