"Don’t know why the past reviews are so bad but this is my first time having wingstop. I ordered online and went in to get my food and everything was amazing . My food was fresh and hot. I had no issues with the employees even on a super bowl sunday 2/11/24 . Loved my experience! Hope you guys rating can go up."

"Reading the past reviews I can understand why some would not want to try this restaurant. Please understand that this restaurant is under NEW MANAGEMENT and has taken every review into consideration and CHANGED EVERYTHING. My son and I went today 1/31/24 and had such and excellent experience! Natalie the new GM is super amazing! Full of positivity and such a sweetheart. Her staff loves her and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing. The place was in tip top shape and we were greeted as soon as we opened the door. After placing our order I chatted Natalie up and found out the the reviews from the past are just that! THE PAST! They are encouraging everyone to give them a second chance. The food came out super fresh and delicious. The BEST RANCH I've ever had. The fried corn was on point and the wings were "chefs kiss"! Please consider going to this establishment and give them a try! Don't forget to leave a review of your experience. They do not deserve to live out the consequences of previous management! Go say hey to Natalie and she may even bring you a complimentary Brownie! She's the best!"

"This location is by far one of the worst wing stop locations. The service is terrible, every cashier is just SO pleasing, (that’s sarcasm) and they just make you feel so welcomed (also, sarcasm). Always rude when you walk in and take your order. The people who give the food are usually nice though. But, all I will say is if you don’t like what YOU do, DON’T take it out on other people."

"I've eaten at Wing Stop for years and never had issues until I ate at this location. I had to throw the carrots away because they were mushy and had a chemical taste. I ordered wings for my group. There was a puddle of grease in one box. The employees didn't even melt the sauce for the garlic wings. That's beyond lazy. All three of us experienced bloating and diarrhea within hours. Other reviews mentioned similar experiences. This entire restaurant needs to be sanitized."
