"The worst prepared food I have ever seen. Worse than the worst fast food. Burgers and buns burnt to a char. Crunchy beef. Buffalo shrimp soggy and had no sauce. Philly fell completely apart and tasted like a gallon of salt was on it. The wings were undercooked. Avoid this restaurant at all costs"

"Went to this this restaurant for New Years Eve. The waitress I had I believe her name is Lilly. Her service deserves five stars. The reason for the low stars is for the wings I had. Everything was good at first, then there was this one wing that tasted like it just got out the freezer or refrigerator. There was a weird taste about it so I spit it out. When I told Lilly, she then told her Manager. The Manager took some money off my bill for it and I tipped Lilly for her great service. I know the Cooks are under a lot of pressure at times to prepare food quickly. But I would like to recommend that the food is checked to ensure it is cooked before having the waitress take it. Or at least have someone taste the food before giving it to a customer. Thank you !"

Disappointed that sliders were cold with a slight pink center, suggesting undercooking. Wings were average but tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Hoping for improvement in the future. I use to enjoy frequenting as a young soldier but today’s Hooters is a ghost of what it use to be. Change my mind about coming back."

"I had never been to Hooters before in my entire life. I was about to go to O'Charleys for something quick in this super busy afternoon, but saw Hooters. Ok I'm game. We had to wait a while before anyone acknowledged the line forming at the front. Okay Finally we were seated. It may have been 5 other tables of people in the place. We waited a long time before a server came. She was nice and all. We got soft drinks and ordered. More waiting and waiting and waiting. I went to the restroom and got a glimpse in the kitchen. One dude was working back there. Ok that explains it. I have a lot of patience as long as folks are nice about it. We ordered Tenders and Wings, Wings, Kids meal hamburger sliders. The food was piping hot straight out the grease. I will say the sauces is what makes the wings. I ordered originals but received naked. It wasn't even worth mentioning to the server because it became busy. I wish the wings were seasoned but they are not. The sauce and the way they are prepared saved them. There are changes that can be made about how things are run here but aside from all of that I got some good wings and that's all that mattered to me."
