"I do not recommend this location. Firstly, there was trash all over their patio. I was not greeted when I walked in and stood awkwardly at the counter for a few minutes while a large to-go order was being made. Then the employee stood in front of me and just stared at me until I ordered. He mumbled every question and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. The employee at the register asked if I wanted a drink, and then left it off my order. She wanted to ring the drink up as a second transaction. When I declined, she rolled her eyes at me and gave a sarcastic “okay”. This place is an unmanaged mess."

"What I experienced tonight 2/9/24 after placing an online order I came into this establishment and my order wasn’t ready due it was given away to someone with Same name and their resolution was well take the other person order since we no longer have yours. Who does that in America they are lazy and lack customer service.was reluctant to remake the order Everyone in this store should be fired and reported for bad customer service for online ordering. We order online to save time not to be talk to crazy. Better yet if you’re out of lettuce tell the customer who ordered online as a courtesy we paid for it. Going to corporate on this matter change needs to happen."

"The line moved fast, the steak was tender and the dining room tables needed cleaning to be able to sit. I ordered the bowl and it was delicious."

"They're quite generous with their servings at this location.The only thing I wasn't too pleased about was that none of the tables were clean and I had to clean mine myself. It appeared that they didn't have enough staff on hand."

"I will Never be back to this location!!! On tonight (1/7/23), I placed an online pick up order. I go to pick up my order & it’s not on the shelf. I speak to the young lady who’s handling pick up orders; she looks & then says “oh somebody must’ve picked it up & left because I fixed it”. I said “ok, what do we do now”, She’s staring at me, for about 30 seconds & finally says, “well I’ll make you another one, but it’s gonna be a minute because I have all these other orders.” Well that’s not my fault, but I’m very understanding, so I agree because the location was very busy. Well after 8-10 minutes, my order was placed on the shelf. I’m sitting right in front of the shelf, you’d think I would be offered an apology for the incident or at least HAND ME MY ORDER, but No!! I then check my order, it’s incorrect. There’s no rice or double rice that I requested & no fajitas or extra fajitas that I requested (and printed on the ticket) I go back to the same rude young lady & ask about the rice, I’m told they’re out. No one ever told me this AT ALL! She did throw some fajitas in a cup & said “here”. If I wasn’t recovering from surgery, I would have stayed around to speak to the manager but they were so busy! ALSO, once I got home I realized they didn’t give me my chips I paid 2.99 for! I understand the frustration of working in the food industry. But the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE & DISRESPECT is something I can not & will not tolerate! People work too hard for their money & prices are continuing to inflate! I will take my business & money somewhere I’m appreciated! I would honestly love a call back from a manager! I’m about to reactivate my Twitter just to reach out to Chipotle Headquarters!"
