Del Taco

"I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived to pick up I was waiting in the drive thru for 20min and only one car was in front of me. Honestly I wasn’t even mad at the wait because I was hungry and used to work in fast food so I understand the struggles of running a fast food restaurant. When I came home I realized I never received my 4 drinks, so I had to come back. And even then I wasn’t going to complain because the manager was so polite when she came to the window. But when I got home and me n my family was eating my wife almost choked on an entire avocado pit that was found tucked into one of the burritos. Literally hidden deep in the burrito. I am highly upset and disappointed, I live close to this restaurant and order from here a lot but now idk if I should continue. Honestly this was my worst Del Taco experience. And I took pictures but it’s not giving me the option to upload them, probably because I’m using my phone. Whoever made the guacamole needs to be retrained."

"I have stop eating at these fast food places. I am tired of all the unsanitary habits that I am see. No one wears gloves or wash their hands much these days. How are you fixing food, wipe your nose, palm of head upwards, touch your phone and then make and order of fries without cleaning your hands. All of these restaurants need more training."

"I love me so del taco and i seen birria was new i was super excited and the end pieces of my quesadillas had 0 meat in it. $12 for a chz quesadilla drink and fries. Disappointed i was excited"

"I visited the establishment after work and noticed there was no one in the drive-through line. Therefore, I made the decision to stop by. I ordered two tacos and fries, and I must say that everything was satisfactory, including the customer service."
