Wendy's 1760 Jonesboro Road, McDonough, GA 30253

"-sigh- Have you ever just felt like you chose wrong when picking a restaurant for lunch? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, an unsweetened tea. My fries seemed to be drenched in grease. You know how they look when you put them in the grease too early and they just soak up grease then start cooking? The sandwich was fine but, the lettuce was all huge stem. At the end I took a sip of my “unsweetened” tea which was sweet tea. I normally give grace as you can see from my other reviews but this really rubbed me the wrong way as expensive as things are nowadays."

"Its 6:37pm on a Sunday so why are their doors locked? It seems to me most of the fast food places around here are simply lazy and don't want customers. There are more than enough workers in there. Will be reporting to corporate"

"This Wendy’s is selling undercooked burgers. I ordered the new pretzel baconator and when I got home I see that first they gave me the wrong burger, Dave’s Triple burger instead. Then when I cut into the burger the meat is completely pink. I have never experienced undercooked burger at any Wendy’s before. Totally unacceptable. Do better!"

"This place needs to close down. McDonalds and since Burger King reopens, they do better than here. Those running to the window need to retrained in customer service. Those taking orders need to let customers know the truth when placing an order. I placed my order and ASKED for my drinks to be large. Everyone knows there is always an up charge when asking for large drinks. I was told that they could be large drinks. I get to the window to pay, paid for food and drinks come up a bit later. I asked the little girl if those were large drinks she said I didn’t pay for large drinks. I asked for my receipt and I explained to her that I wanted the large drinks, she stood there, looked at me as I was explaining to Mr passenger that I needed the large drink and as o was telling her I needed the drinks to be large she closed the window and walked away. Out of the 5 people that was around the window while I was complaining not one asked if they could help. Then the little Asian/Korean girl I asked her to open the window and I said what I said and all she could say was but that’s not what you paid for” I’m on a mission now!!! I didn’t ask for regular drinks/water either!!"
