The Juicy Crab McDonough

"I am an avid juicy crab eater so I know if something is wrong . I ordered a 1/2shrimp with juicy extra hot sauce . The order came to very bland like a mild order no garlic or seasoning in it . The waitress was obviously over worked but she did a good job notifying everyone it was a new cook. My issue is if there’s a new cook the whole order should be took back and corrected instead they gave me a side sauce to pour in the oily bag . It just wasn’t the same and I wasn’t impressed . I’ve been here before no issues so I’ll give them a pass tonight and return"

"My coworkers and I took the individuals we take care of here. We got there are soon as they first opened. We were first in line. There were 18 of us. There were 2 people behind us. Those 2 people had gotten their food, ate, and left before we even got our food. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers (only 5 appetizers were ordered). It took an hour and 15 minutes to get out meals. Then, the food was mediocre. I tried the gator bites and hated them. It was my first time trying them though so it might have just been I don't like gator bites, but I got the chicken tenders and fries. I love chicken tenders and fries everywhere else. It was not that good at all here. Then, we were forced to pay 18% gratuity. We had to pay gratuity when it took us an hour and a 15 minutes to get our food. And the place wasn't even packed. There were only 4 other people in there the whole time we were there, and that's including the 2 people who got there just behind us. Not to mention it took 5 minutes anytime anyone asked for a refill to get our drinks back. Plus, the server almost never came by our table so it was difficult to even ask for a refill. I am so angry!! I will never spend another penny here!! I do not recommend this place at all! I wish I could give them 0 stars!!"

"Nice vibes. Great service. Food was pretty fast. Their menu isn’t as big as some other ones.High sodium for sure. Flavor on point tho. Most people know what they’re getting when they come here. It’s good but drink plenty water behind it. Coleslaw fresh and cold. Sausage good."

"Can't speak for everyone but we had an awesome experience the food was very good fresh and hot. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we had plenty of stuff to make our experience great. We will be back."
