"My recent experience at McDonald's @ Evans Mill Road was absolutely terrible. The drive-thru line was excruciatingly slow, resulting in a frustrating wait. The lack of movement in the line made me question whether anyone was actually working to cater to customers' needs. What made matters worse was the complete absence of urgency and customer service displayed by the employees. They seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging customers and showing no concern for the lengthy wait times. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Upon receiving my order, it was disappoiting to find that the food was cold. It was clear that it had been sitting around for a significant amount of time before finally reaching me. The lack of care put into preparing the food was apparent, and it was truly disappointing. Furthermore, missing items from my order only added to the frustrating experience. The fries, which were essential to the meal, were not only missing salt but were also cold. It was evident that the employees had neglected to ensure the quality and completeness of the order. To top it all off, the employees' rudeness was the final blow to this terrible experience. Their unpleasant demeanor and lack of professionalism were extremely off-putting. It seemed like they had no interest in providing even the most basic. Do not waste your time coming here!!!!!"

"Ordered my food on the kiosk, got my food at 6:05. I asked for a side of pickles and onions and I hear the dreadheads in the kitchen say “nope”. Then the girl tells them to make a side and they are saying “I don’t see it on my screen, that’s an up charge they need to be charged” When I clearly ordered extra pickles and onions but the buns can’t do their job. So I’m standing there the whole time til finally I shout out “can I get my side of pickles and onions” the girl comes to the front and cashes out the guy behind before going to the kitchen and asking for the side. She comes back and I open the box to 3 pickles and very little onions. I say “seriously this is all I get” then she goes to the back and comes back with more pickles and onions. My sandwhich was already cold, now it was even colder. I always have a bad experience here and this is definitely the last time I’ll come to this location. They SUCK!!"

"I only do mobile orders to be picked up at the drive-thru yet I frequently get asked what was my order! Always end up having to "pull up" and wait. Twice I've had to go inside after waiting more than 10 minutes for my order while I observe other customers get their orders filled immediately. Never get a "hello", "thank you", or "sorry for the wait"."

"Worst McDonald’s ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Everything I saw said that this location was open 24 hours. The lights were on I even saw employees inside (sitting at the window playing on their phone) and one outside. I sat at the intercom thing for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to say they were ready or anything at all, then for the next 5-10 minutes I had said hello quite a few times, and I even called the store a few times to see if the automated system would give different hours or if someone would even pick up and no one answered it got sent straight to voicemail. All this while there were employees INSIDE and the store was listed as OPEN 24 HOURS. People complain how fast food doesn’t pay enough money to live on, well this is why. Why would someone be paid more for a job that is that easy especially when it is never done properly?!"

"After waiting for almost 10 minutes to get my food. I sit down to “try” to enjoy my food when an employee comes out of nowhere wiping off the table next to me with a dirty looking rag. Then he rudely reminds me that there is a strict 30 minute time limit to sit down and eat. Now, I didn’t plan to stay that long but the fact that I didn’t even get a receipt from the kiosk, napkins in my bag or ketchup like I asked for I said I enough was enough. I said “what time do you count from, when the order was purchased or when I received my food?”He said, “It doesn’t matter you can’t sit here for 30 minutes.” I shrugged it off, ate my food and let it go. Then, as I went to get a refill on my way out, this dude yells out “Sir, you have to leave now!” If you run the cameras back I was there less than 20 min tops. This doesn’t make any sense. I know he’s trying to do his job but he is not supposed to get mad at people for wanting to consume their food in the lobby. The 30-minute lobby time limit was put in place to dissuade loitering NOT to run off customers. That really made the atmosphere very disturbing. On top of that there were people in there way longer than I was. If he used that same energy to make sure I received napkins and ketchup, I wouldn’t even be writing this bad review. Shame on that young man for his attitude. Not good at all."
