"This location sucks. The manage is rude and food was fixed as a veggie plate. We did a group order and 1 plate out of 5 had meat. Then they had the nerve to charge the card over 12 times and got an attitude as if it's their money. I will never order there again. This location should shut down asap. They don't even deserve a star not one at all."

"I will say for all the times I have been here it’s always a different experience. The first time I came, there was a sweet boy who served as well. The last time I came, was this rude lady (looked to be a manager) who was so stingy with the food; was in a terrible mood; had a nasty attitude; and I was just in distraught as well as my sister. She was rushing us, and just had a bad attitude overall."

"The guy who prepared our food did a great job. He was super fast and officiant. There are other chipotles around this area but they have terrible reviews. We chose this one because of the better reviews. It did not disappoint."

"Quality varies at this chain. This location (near Cumberland Mall) is so good. They were so patient and kind with my granddaughter who ordered the Build Your Own Taco meal. For only $4.95, she got 2 taco shells, choice of 3 toppings, chips and a drink). Great value!"

"WORST chipotle ever. My tacos came with so much sour cream, you can’t even see the taco. They put my daughters chicken on the side of her quesadilla instead of in it. She got milk instead of juice. And neither my tacos nor my sisters bowl has cheese on it. Every time I order from this chipotle SOMETHING, if not everything is wrong."
