"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Riverdale Dwarf House Chick-fil-A, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredible staff. I want to extend a special appreciation to Mrs. Trina, whose exceptional leadership shines through in the excellent service provided by her crew. Dexter, one of the servers, was attentive and ready to take my order. His professionalism and helpful demeanor truly elevated my dining experience. And let's not forget Ms. Jessie, whose warm smile always greets me as I walk through the door. Her genuine hospitality adds an extra layer of joy to every visit. It's evident that Mrs. Trina and her dedicated team go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and appreciated. It's no wonder why Riverdale Dwarf House Chick-fil-A has become my favorite restaurant in the area. The combination of delicious food and outstanding service makes it a standout destination for anyone craving a memorable dining experience."

"I’m upset at how the service and food quality has gotten at this location. I waited over 10 minutes to place an order in drive thru where I attempted to order a 8 count nugget meal and a chick fil a sandwich. The server outside never smiled or even said my pleasure she seemed like she was ready to go. I paid for my food only to see the young lady never rung in my sandwich but she was busy talking a lot to the cashier outside then focused on verifying my order. My fries were not fresh and I could tell old grease was used. My nuggets even smelled like old grease. The only good thing I received was my sweet tea. I may not return to this location because of this."
