"Nice place! We popped in for the Friday night experience. Food was enjoyable. We had the shrimp quesadillas and lemon pepper wings. The drinks were ok. They had a limited whiskey selection so the sours were not as fantastic as they could have been to me. The atmosphere and dancing were fun. Lots of great music and line dancing. There was a lot of slower tempo songs, however, for a long period of time. Pick up the pace please! Also, there was a tablecloth on the floor under our high top. We relocated to another seat to accommodate more of our friends. We watched the waitress pick up the tablecloth and place it on one of the high top we were sitting at. Sigh that’s a concern. OUR waitress, however, was very attentive and professional. Overall a good time. We may be back but only for the music and dancing. (Tablecloth / hygiene)"

"August 2023: I was at Sugar Bush earlier this month and the drinks are NOT what they once were. I don't know if the bartender was different but it was like drinking Koolaid. I always get the "Bob Marley" which is normally a potent drink. I had three and never got a buzz. My friend didn't even bother to drink her third one because it was just that disappointing. We told our server who was great but it didn't seem like the "people in the back" cared. If I am going to spend $14 per drink it should have some effect otherwise I might as well stay home. I was very disappointed. This is a popular neighborhood spot that has always been convenient. I want to go again this weekend but honestly, if I get a drink and it tastes like pure juice, I'm leaving and I won't be back. Again, our server was amazing. This was not her fault. I can't remember her name but it was her birthday when we went. Nice neighborhood spot. Always an enjoyable time. The music is always good. The food is really good and the drinks are strong!"
