"My wait was probably 5 minutes longer than it should have been only because there was confusion about whether or not I was picking up or dining in. But, one seated my service was exceptional, the server was very personable and professional and courteous."

"Restroom review, typical public restroom stalls. Not the most private. Smelled clean. Daily restroom cleaning checklist is a good sign for cleanliness. Baby changing station in the male bathroom isn't something you see all the time. Smell 8/10 Privacy 5/10 Cleanliness 7/10"

"What an unexpected pleasure! Our waitress Laura G was very on top of her game! Rare to get such awesome service anymore. The food tasted great, and the Wanka pancakes were everything my partner wanted them to be. The manager, Mary, swung by our table and clearly had a heart of gold. We were previously seduced by the southern staple of Waffle House, but damn, this is our new breakfast spot!"

"I'm not expecting this restaurant to be gourmet but I feel like the International House Of Pancakes brand has declined over the years. This location felt a bit drabby and dated. The food was COMPLETELY saltless, something I didn't expect. The eggs had a weird consistency possible from too much cheese. The fruit wasn't as fresh as I would have hoped. The hot chocolate was decent and my server was nice, although I ordered a simple $6.99 two egg platter abs ended up with a $19 bill. She never offered to replace the food (which I didn't touch after one bite), but luckily her manager did after asking me how I liked everything upon checkout. My server should have been more observant. She was still nice at least."

"Came in with wife today at about 12:15pm (Good Friday, April 19, 2019). Long line out front, had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated; turns out once we got inside there were plenty of empty tables (!). Strike one. Server (Laura G according to the receipt) was not rude, but she was curt and acted like she was in a rush, though the place wasn't even half full. She came to table, took or order in a rush, then took about 5 minutes to bring water and coffee. I order the smokehouse breakfast which is smoked sausage, 2 eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes. Wife ordered the Philly burger with onion rings. The food was very good, so that was a relief. We kept having to wait for the server, and even when we asked for a to go box and the receipt she dropped the box off without the check. Wife had to go ask for it. We did receive a 20% military discount so that was nice. Place was clean. I would like to give at least a 4 star but with long wait for no reason and weird service have to give a 3 star. Again, food was good!"
