"Had takeout wings for the first time here - and they held up great! Wing Cook - The wings were well cooked, not flabby at all and close to crispy. Chicken Quality - The chicken itself was pretty standard quality. The wings were a bit on the small side. Sauces - The sauce was great! They really loaded them with seasoning and sauce which made the wings super flavorful. I'd say the sauce was closer to more of a wet than thick, but they held onto the wings well. I'd recommend the hot lemon pepper. Prices were a little expensive though (close to $30 after taxes for 18 wings). The price for the wing size/quality is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5/5. I would definitely grab takeout from here again, as it's hard to find wings that hold the quality in the car ride."

"It seems that every other order from here is terrible. Usually, it turns out that both of our hamburgers, even though ordered medium and medium rare, are extremely well done. Today though, we had something new. It seems that they poured the oil with the french fries into the container in addition to the fries. So, I picked up my hamburger, and there was my pile of fries placed into a large serving of oil. It was disgusting. While management is usually fairly good about replacing orders, it’s about the effort. No one wants to leave the house and go pick up dinner again. Wing Factory no longer delivers. So we would have to leave, in the middle of a meal and go pick up a replacement meal for just one person. We have actually done this before with their food. We just don’t ever want to do it again. They really need to fix it. Their prices have gone up ridiculously over the last couple of years. They could at least perform for the value."
