Wendy's

"I'm not sure why but at 5.14 today, as I approached the counter to order a simple frosty, both the ",crew menbers" that were standing there engrossed in conversation, literally ran from the counter.. and it was clear not to address any store related concerns. I'm just I'm town for the week on business, I did get my frosty after a while one person finally did come back to the counter to take my 1 item order. I also had to reach behind the counter to get my own receipt, it seemed the crew member was not about to offer it to me... What ybe heck Wendy's??? Is this what you've come to?? Hiring people who literally run from the counter when a customer is approaching? Geezus."

"Worst experience ever with Wendys late one evening. On Thursday 10/26, after waiting 15 minutes in line was told 10 minutes before close that the last meal was served. After stating we waited for 15 minutes was told they were "out of food". After we asked for a manager we were yelled at by some one who said they were Cloud Nine that we had been told to get out of line repeatedly. This person was disrespectful and I will be filing a complaint with their corporate."

"I ordered my kids a 4 for 4 each that was ok . I ordered 2 grilled chicken wrap meals and oh boy when I tell you the wait was damn near 30 minutes when there was absolutely no one in line when we pulled up . Both chicken wraps were literally split in the middle and ripped on both sides we couldn’t even pick our wrap up to eat we had to use forks Instead!! So much for a chicken WRAP! Very poor service !!!!"

"For the second time now I placed a mobile order on my way there in the morning for breakfast only to find that they had not yet opened. Can't get a refund on the app. You go in the next day and nobody has a clue what you're talking about. So if you're looking to be there for breakfast, odds are good that no one will be there to greet you. In the daytime it's usually okay, though occasionally the dining room's closed for no particular reason."

"Terrible, slow service from unfriendly employees. Considering it's fast food, I dont expect a lot for service... but this food is inexcusable. I stopped by for a quick lunch today during my break and got a salad that is absolutely DISGUSTING. The lettuce is brown and wilted, the tomatoes are squishy... even the parmesan cheese is just mush. There is NO WAY I can see this being acceptable to serve to ANY customer. This salad was easily made several days ago. And thanks to the slow service in the drive thru, I don't have time to go get something else. I didn't even bother trying to take it back. It's not worth the risk of getting something worse from this establishment, like food poisoning."
